As a patient living over 1000 miles from MD Anderson, using the My MD Anderson portal is critical to care management, travel arrangements, and getting information, and in some ways the only way to get appointment info and communicate with the care team. I thought having a quick access point to get to this on my iPhone and iPad would be so much better than having to log in through a browser each time. The spinning daisy wheel is all I get. Fighting cancer and the health care system is a full time job. Failure to launch for this app us just another glitch that is there to make things harder. I hope for an app fix soon. Until then, this is less than useless.
